Description
This little beach, which is actually called "Little Beach", is where we had a lovely picnic of fresh prawns, local bread and salads - yum!! The prawn shells were thrown back into the sea and before we knew it, a cute little fairy penguin appeared, probably enticed by the free lunch, and stayed for quite a while. It was a great day on a beautiful beach.

Jo, here you've successfully bridged one of our world's liminal encounters: Land meeting Sea, and brought it off in a way that makes time seem to stand still... I also admire your choice of Jerry Cowert's "Wise Old Owl."

So beautifully done! I love the reflection in the water and the general composition. Congratulations, Jo!

Fantastic painting, colors and all the details in the waves. The colors and details are excellent.

I know this exact location and have stood here many times. Having lived in Port Stephens and grown up there I can spot most images of it. Well done Jo. f/v

Thank you Raymond, Marlene and Rose for your comments, much appreciated. This really is a stunning little beach, and it's a bit of a secret beach too, as no one really knows about it.
