Description
The King Charles pub is one of the oldest in Poole, some say the oldest. It certainly has history, parts of it date back to the 1300's when it was a wool house. It has been a pub since around 1770 and is named after the King of France not Charles of England, maybe he used to pop over the channel for a quick pint.
